This is a moody, deep purple which is both granulating and separating into blue, purple and red. It has medium tinting strength and high range of values (meaning it can become really dark or very light when watered out), making it great for monochromatic paintings.
Fiken is the Norwegian word for fig, which is my immediate association with this colour. 
All the paint sold in this shop is artist quality. It is mulled and poured by hand and of excellent quality where only ingredients that have a function and are necessary to the paint is added. This means no fillers or brighteners to bulk up the paint. I let the paint speak for itself in their own beautiful colours. Variations in finish can occur from batch to batch and will occur in different colours due to the different properties of the pigment itself. The colour of the finished product might vary slightly from what you see on your screen depending on calibration.
