Let me introduce the Tropical Primaries Palette! 
This set is a very good travel set as you'll be able to mix a large variety of colours from vibrant tropical colours to more muted browns and grays. All these paints are high quality handmade watercolor paints. 
A little tip for mixing with these colours (or any other primary set) is to know a little bit of colour theory. More specifically this: if you mix the complimentary color of a bright color you will dull it down but too much and it will go muddy or gray/brown. This is great to keep in mind for limited palette work of any sort and might get your shadows to look more natural. If you play around with this you will get familiar with how much of what colors you need to get what you want. 
Introducing the colours themselves:
- Plumeria (Cadmium Lemon Yellow Hue)-  a cool and semi transparent yellow 
- Hibiscus (Phthalo Blue) - a blue with a slight green hue that is very staining and transparent
- Lotus (Quinacridone Magenta) - a beautiful magenta  which has a vibrant and transparent nature
This will be my answer to yellow cyan and magenta and they mix beautiful colours together. The hummingbird in the pictures is painted using these colours exclusively and this is the reason each tin has a sticker of this painting on it, other sets will have other custom stickers made from those colors only too.
This set is now available in dot cards and half pans with the option of a small or medium tin.
All the paint sold in this shop is artist quality. It is mulled and poured by hand and of excellent quality where only ingredients that have a function and are necessary to the paint is added. This means no fillers or brighteners to bulk up the paint. I let the paint speak for itself in their own beautiful colours. Variations in finish can occur from batch to batch and will occur in different colours due to the different properties of the pigment itself. The colour of the finished product might vary slightly from what you see on your screen depending on calibration.
