Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All items are shipping from Norway using Posten. The shipping price reflects their rates plus a small packaging fee. Internationally, I only offer tracked shipping to make the package more safe in transit and make sure it is insured. I recommend tracked domestic shipping too for the same reasons, but included a budget option as well.
If you are unfortunate enough that the package does not arrive, I will help you get the compensation you are due but I am not responsible for lost shipments.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, I`m here to help! I offer returns within 30 days of purchase, but the customer must cover return shipping costs. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to the return and refund policy:

Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom orders (including rings made to size)cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return, please reply to the order confirmation email request which products you would like to return. Please wait for confirmation before sending the item to avoid any potential issues. The refund will be issued within 48 hours of receiving item.
